Names and surnames of team members.
Team names.
Photos (selfies) taken during one of the tasks within the game.

Organization and conduct of the remote game Tall Ships Races 2024.
Verification of participants.
Communication with participants regarding game-related matters.
Draws and announcement of results.
Use of photos for promotional purposes by the organizer.
- Legal basis for data processing: Processing of personal data is based on the consent of participants, given by completing the registration form.
- Storage period of personal data: Personal data of participants will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes described above, but no longer than 3 months after the end of the game.
- Participants’ rights: Participants have the right to:

Rectify their personal data if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
Delete their personal data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
Restrict the processing of their personal data in certain cases.
